    How does billing work?

    Your company pays the flat monthly retainer. When an employee books care, usage is billed separately. You decide whether your company covers usage, employees pay, or you split the cost.

    Why does the W-2 model matter for companies?

    Using 1099 contractors for childcare creates significant legal, tax, and liability risks. Our caregivers are W-2 employees of Nurture Haven — we carry insurance, workers' compensation, and employer responsibilities. Zero exposure for your business.

    How quickly can we get started?

    Can we cancel if it's not working?

    We require a 3-month minimum to allow your team time to experience the benefit. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days notice.
